Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. What BraveDay is
BraveDay is a website and mobile application that offers parents daily ideas for play, conversation, and small age-appropriate challenges to share with their children. The service is provided by BraveDay ("we", "us").
2. Not advice
BraveDay provides ideas and prompts, not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or educational advice. Cards are suggestions only. You are the judge of what is safe and suitable for your child, and you remain responsible for supervising any activity you choose to do. Skip anything that does not fit your child or your home.
3. Your content stays yours
Journal entries, children's profiles, and anything you write in the app are stored on your device and belong to you. We do not receive them, so we claim no rights over them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute the card content at scale, and not to use the service in any unlawful way. Card content is licensed to you for personal, family use.
5. Purchases
If the app offers optional paid features, payment is processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
